Seeking account reset: Can't join duo plan after leaving a family plan

Hi folks

I moved out of a friend's house I was in and left their family plan and now want to join another duo plan where I'm living, but I can't because it was in the last 12 months.

Can someone assist?

Hey @user-removed, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I am sorry to hear about this. The members of a Family and Duo plan can only switch Family plans once a year. If you have switched more than once in the 12 month period, you will not be able to join another Premium Duo plan and there isn’t a way to bypass that message.
