Sent invite to daughter, not accepting the code

Sent invite to daughter, not accepting the code

We have Premium, daughter has an account already.  Trying to add her to our account and the invite link is leading us to her account page, not allowing us to enter the invite code.  What do we do?

Hey @H4NN4H, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

It seems like you have a Premium for Family plan. Could you try sending another invite to your daughter using a different valid email address?
