Dear Spotify Staff

A few days ago I tried to upgrade from free to Student premium by sending a document for verification to SheerId. Unfortunately I still haven't had an answer from SheerId, and when I want to re-apply I can't. I'm a student of a university in Belgium, so maybe that's a reason why it takes that long?

Does it take a long time to get a reply from those guys or did something go wrong?

In the attachment you can find the document I send to them through the inquiry.

Could you try submitting your student status using manual verification here? Keep in mind this process may take 30 days or longer (sometimes less 🙂).

 

I'd recommend checking out this page to learn more about Premium for Students.

Thanks for the answer, but like two hours after I posted the topic, I got the reply from SheerId so we're cool.
