Sign offering subscription but old subscription & payment method in account didn't reflect

Hi Support,

 

I signed up monthly subscription plan with direct paid the payment thru my credit card on every 20th month. Last 2 days i received a pop up and offering me to sign up yearly plan with 2 months payment waived hence, I did it on 20th Dec Morning Malaysia time. However, I found 

a) my Spotify account plan didn't reflected the latest subscription info because it still show my next account payment will be charge into my credit card on 20th Jan. With ridiculous that my new subscription is not up-to-date into my Spotify account even in the next day. Pls. do the necessary to fix this issues. 

 

b) Today, i checked my credit card account and found Spotify already charge my 20th Dec monthly payment. I request Spotify to refund my RM14.90 for 20th Dec subscription since my 12 month subscription already charged me.
