So do I get a refund or.....

So do I get a refund or.....

So I was charged for a month on 7/03/17 and I just cancelled it today bc I don't want to pay for it next month. But I just logged onto my desktop to listen to music and it says my premium supscription ends today (7/07/17). So did I just pay $10 to listen to 4 days of music? Scared to renew as it might charge again...

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
