Something went wrong with payment. Now my account is deactivated..

Something went wrong with payment. Now my account is deactivated..

I had spotify free and upgraded that three months ago to premium. Now something went wrong with my payment without me realizing it.. So after days of trying to log in I found out that my Spotify account is deactivated. How do I pay and get my account back? I dont want to lose my playlists..
