[South Africa][Premium] Trouble changing payment details

I'm having trouble to update my payment details and don't want to lose my premium subscription. I have tried to re enter new payment details, but it doesn't save, and reverts back to old information. What should I do? I have already followed the steps in the HELP section.

Thanks for reaching out to the community!

One step you can take in to cancel your subscripition (nothing goes lost) and wait for it to turn into a free account.

Once it turns free, try and enter your new payment details again to get premium on the same account.

If this doesn't help please contact support through this form for them to have a look and help you get the issue fixed.
