Spotify Premium Scammed

Basically, I paid for another month of premium yesterday then cancelled my subscription the same day so there wouldn’t be a recurring cost. Spotify says that when you cancel your subscription, you will still be premium until your period runs out. However, my account says it’s free and I don’t have any premium features. So money was taken out of my account and I didn’t get anything at all
