Spotify Premium & Hulu Deal

I signed up for the Premium plan that included Hulu back in the Spring. I linked the accounts to ensure I was paying one flat fee for both services. In July my Hulu plan stopped working and needed a new payment method. Was the Premium offer just a trial or for a specific period of time? If not, how do I link the accounts to take advantage of the offer I had intially signed up for?

The Premium and Hulu bundle was an offer for a specific time. The Hulu bundle has now ended, and it won't be possible to sign up again unfortunately. You can always vote for this idea though.
