Spotify family trouble

Dear apotify,

I was using family Spotify for two last years, but I move out with my girlfriend, we live together and I want joint her Spotify family, but I can't, it told me that I could not change family fore than once in year.

Could you please help me?

Unfortunately, you can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months.

Yes i understand that, but I have not changed family last 24 months, so why now I cannot swap?

Thanks for letting me know.

Since you were a member of another Premium for Family plan previously, you need to wait 12 months until you're able to join another. The 12 months 'countdown' started at the time you joined that plan.
