Spotify gift card not working.

I have been trying to get spotify premium with the gift card and with Visa vanilla prepaid cards, but it's not working. I've tried reinstalling it, but nothing seems to work. It keeps saying that something went wrong. I don't know what else to do at this point.

Could you try redeeming your Spotify Gift Card here, using a different browser or private window? If that doesn't help, could you try following the steps provided in this support article > Gift Card not working? section?


In terms of using your Vanilla prepaid card, you should have a card number, CVC and expiration date to enter as a new payment method. You can manage your payment details here, and you can find out the available payment methods in this support article.
