Spotify on my iPhone gives me a message that's not come up on my desktop

Spotify account on my iPhone says I've downloaded 38 albums and need to to therefore pay a new amount for a different type of subscription. However, it does not give me this message when I open my Spotify Account on my desktop. I'm not sure what to do. I've go a Premium Duo subscription.

Can you let me know where you're seeing this message in the Spotify app? It would be very useful if you could attach a screenshot. As far as I'm concerned, the Premium download limit is 10.000 tracks in up to 5 devices, so I don't think you should be having any issues right now.

I'd also recommend having a clean reinstall of the app to see if that solves this. Just follow these steps.
