Still being charged for account I cannot log into

Still being charged for account I cannot log into

I am still being charged $9.99 and I'm not able to log into my account! 2 weeks ago it kicked me out, I try to log in and it says wrong password. I try to enter in my email to change my password, but it says email not associated with account; then I try to enter in my user name and send an email to change password through this (in case I'm using wrong email) and it says it sends one to my email, but I never get one. I only have 2 email accounts. I said whatever and opened a new account, but I just got charged for the account I cannot log into! Please help!
