Student Discount 404 Error

My Question or Issue

I'm having issues signing up for my Spotify student discount. When I log in, it logs in just fine, but after that, I get a 404 error and I am unable to even request to get a student discount. I tried on my phone, as well as my desktop PC, cleared my cache, tried incognito. I can't seem to get this to work. Could someone help me out?

I had the same problem with the same devices. What you have to do is sign into your account, then on the account overview page scroll down to the section that says "student discount." There is a "reverify" tab, click that and it should allow you to reverify for another year.
