I went through the verification to prove I'm a student and had the $5.99 plan showing on my account, but I was charged the regular price of $9.99 and when I check my account it's not showing the student rate anymore, but the regular rate. How do I go about getting a refund of the difference and getting my student rate back on my account?

If you had verified your student status and it isn't showing on your account it means you are either logged on the wrong account or that the student status wasn't completed.

 

Please as a first step, use this help guide to locate all account listed with your details to make sure you're looking at the right account.

 

In addition, use this SheerID page to reverify your student status.
