Student, but didn't get the discount?

My Question or Issue

 I was recieving the student discount for 4.99 for a few months then it decided to start charging me 9.99 and I am not sure why. I just changed it but I dont want this to happen again. I know that your subscrition ends in a year or something like that, but I didnt even have my subscrition as a student for that long I dont think

It's true that the student discount lasts for one year before having to renew it. If it's not renewed, you'll get charged the regular rate unless canceled. Can you double-check both your receipts page and your bank statement to see how far back you've been paying for the discounted rate, and whether there's been a disruption on your payment flow?

Hi, I am in the same position, and have been charged the full rate for the last 4 months (Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec) and would like to get the rebate for these/the next 4 months complimentary and continue the student subscription please. Could you help me with that please?

You might've missed the renewal email you get when it was time to renew. No worries, you can check out our refund policy and see if you're eligible for a refund.

After that, make sure to apply for the student discount again here.
