Subscribed, but still getting email reminders to pay

Subscribed, but still getting email reminders to pay

Hello there, 

 

Have just subscribed to Spotify Premium last week (a long overdue decision), as per screenshot below:

However, 

 

1- I still receive email messages asking me to pay for subscription else the premium status goes missing, as per screenshot below:

2- On my

(a) Spotify (Mac), a blue ribbon appeared, asking me to renew subscription. The blue ribbon will go missing if I restart Spotify. 

(b) Spotify (iPhone), a red ribbon appeared, asking me to renew subscription. The red ribbon will go missing if I restart Spotify. 

 

(No screenshots for this, sorry)

 

 

What should I do to solve this problem?

Hey @DoriaAbd, welcome to the community!

 

Sounds like you might have two Spotify accounts which is why you're still getting this error message.

 

Let's try following these steps to check if you can access the second account. If you can, you can cancel the account you don't use.
