Good morning, I've been paying for a couple of months I cannot seem to log in to my account. My ex used the account while we were together, could it be that he is still signed in?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We moved your post from Chats to the help boards as its content fits better here.

 

On Spotify, the accounts are private and for personal use, we don't recommend sharing your password with someone else. However, if you don't have access to your account anymore, it is possible that the password was changed if another user was accessing it.

 

If the email registered on the account is yours, you can reset your password to regain access to the account. But if the email is not yours, we'd recommend canceling that subscription to avoid getting charged for it. Since we cannot access users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can look for the charge and help you further.
