Subscription problem

Hi, im having a problem with my spotify. I cant use it here in the Philippines. I assumed because of the subscription. Initially my spotify is linked in Singapore and i already closed my accts there and im currently base here in the Philippines. Is there any way that i can get a free trial? Coz i remember i used the trial first before I subscribed. Coz after the trial it will proceed to a link where you can just click and put the card details and its kinda easy for me. And it seems like my spotify is still under singapore. Coz i can still see sg dollar signs if i will click the subscription fees.
