The app won't play music with premium

The app won't play music with premium

I joined spotify 2 months ago as premium and my payment got approved already. In the last 2 weeks the app won't play any song I download on my mobile device while I'm offline. And that's not all - when I'm on Wi-fi or ethernet, it won't let me search or play music sometimes. 

I tried to log out and in, checked my connections, made sure it's not playing from other devices (it's working via desktop, but I'm not using it most of the time), I checked for app updates and I reinstalled it.

No change. 

I have OnePlus2 mobile (android) and it's update too.

 

What can I do? I'm been charged without having the option to use the app right /:

No worries. In this case, just make sure to check the following info: https://support.spotify.com/article/listen-offline-troubleshooting/. They should help with the offline feature.

 

Moreover, we'd recommend reinstalling your application one more time by following the steps at https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/.
