My Question or Issue

Hello! For six months I used an individual premium for $4.99. In July, I could not be charged $4.99 for premium and automatically transferred to a free account. When I try to reactivate premium, I get this message!!! I know that my card is not blocked because I created a second account to verify the payment with my card, and the payment was successful! What's wrong with my account and when will the restrictions be lifted?

If you keep getting this error even when you've tried different methods, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support (you can find their contact link here). They can assist further with reviewing your Spotify account so that you can renew your subscription.
