Why is there no support centre??? I signed up for spotify premium family because of the promo .99 for 3 months.  However, I was charged 14.99 right away. Of course today I get an email with another promo for spotify premium family for 9.99 for 3 months. How can this be corrected?????

Also, I sent the invite to my daughter however when she accepted it it's only the free version. I have tried reinstallin gthe app and logging out and back in........Please HELP!

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

Please make sure that you haven't tried these promotional offers already. If you have, you're no longer eligible unless otherwise stated. Also, feel free to send me a screenshot of the offer and other error messages being shown.

 

In terms to you not being able to add people to your plan, please make sure that they sign up for Premium here. Also, make sure that you sent the email to the correct address.
