My Question or Issue
Thanks to my company's welfare, I receveid  several voucher. I choose Spotify, so for this reason since april I take several voucher for Spotify (single ticket Premium subscription 3 months)

2x in April = 6months
4x in july = 12 months

Now I took 
2x in october = 6 months

For first voucher, I had no problems, for second october voucher website sent me error.  
is there a maximum limit of months that can be redeemed? I need to wait 3 months?

Is your account currently running on Premium by these vouchers ?

 

Can you please visit your account overview at Spotify.com and let me know what is the expiration date on your subscription ?

Yes. I always paid for my subscription, but now currently my account running on Premium by last vouchers. Expiration date 02/21.
