Hi,

 

Unable to change plans. This could be because you're not eligible for this plan, you're already on it, or you don't have a stored payment method.

 

Trying to upgrade from Premium to Due ane keep getting this error.

 

Tried this but did not help:

- Used Chrome and Edge in Cognito Mode

- Cancelled Premium Mode Standard and then tried to add Premium Duo

 

Highly frustrating.

 

Please assist ASAP.

By chance, do you have a subscription involving Hulu? Also, could you attach a screenshot of the error message you’re getting so I can take a closer look. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.
