Unable to upgrade to premium

Unable to upgrade to premium

I've been trying to upgrade to premium for a day now. I've tried it with three different cards: a prepaid card, a debit card, and a credit card, all of which have been used for subscription services as well as out of country purchases and have more than the 9.99 + tax available. I've tried it on Chrome, in normal and incognito mode [after reading some posts saying that might help, for some reason?], as well as Internet Explorer and the private mode of that. I've also tried it on both my computer and my phone. All I get is the "payment failed, try again later" message.

It might be something that's fixed with time, but if there's anything anyone knows that might help I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for trying those out to see if that would help. In this case, could you tell me if this is the first time you are subscribing to Premium?

In this case, I'd recommend waiting for a few days before trying this again to see if it works then. If after those few days are up, and you're still having issues - I'd recommend checking out with your financial insititution for clarification.
