Dear sir/madam I have some how been signed up to Spotify without my consent. Since August £9.99 has been taken from my account each month. I have a 13 year old daughter who says she has not done this however your icon was on my lenova. Please cancel my subscription and refund the past 4 payments . I am sure you can access the account and see we have not used the account. I have contacted my bank and cancelled any further transactions. I am very concerned how my card details have been used to set up this payment. Please respond urgently to this email -email removed-. I need to know how this has happened and if I need to cancel my debit card as you have my details without my permission Yours sincerely Mrs J Talkington
