My Question or Issue

I was having bank issues that didn't allow my payment to go through, I corrected the issue but when that happened it switched my family plan out and only charged me for the solo group. I do not want to pay another $17 on top of what I was charged for this to be corrected. This happened two months ago two and when I switched the plan to Family, I had to re-add my house members.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

If you've mistakenly activated a Premium Individual subscription, you won't be charged the full amount for a new Family subscription when you upgrade the Individual to Family. The price discrepancy will result in the first month of the Family subscription becoming shorter. Afterwards the normal Family price will be deducted. You can see your next payment date for the Family subscription on your account page.
