Upgrade to Premium for Student

Upgrade to Premium for Student

I upgraded to Premium for Students (Spotify Sweden) today. The thing is that I recently got a new card so my payment-information was not updated. 

 

I was prompted to change my payment-information to a valid one BEFORE getting the discount for students. But when I did that, I got charged the standard price for a month.

 

So my question is how do I get in touch with someone at Spotify to get me a refund?

If you’d like a refund, you can contact Spotify through the contact form here. You can also get in touch with Spotify through the social channels:

To get a refund, it must also go along with the refunf policy, which you can find here.
