Upgraded to Duo but it still says Invididual and I can't add another person.

Upgraded to Duo but it still says Invididual and I can't add another person.

I just upgraded from Individual to Duo.

 

However, it still says "Premium Individual" on my account page. I am also unable to add anyone to the plan.

The switch from Individual to Duo should be immediate.

You mentioned you don't see Premium Duo in your account overview page. Has the payment already been deducted on your end? Please make sure you haven't potentially activated the subscription on a secondary account. For tips on how to locate a secondary account - check out this FAQ
