Upgraded to Spotify Family without consent

Upgraded to Spotify Family without consent

 

I am located in Ireland.  I checked my bank account today and was charged €14.99 instead of the usual €9.99.  I logged into Spotify and realised that I now had the family plan - I never signed up to this nor asked for this to be done, nor gave permission to increase the direct debit coming out of my account. I have switched it back to premium but now want to arrange a refind of the €5 I was overcharged. The website is impossible and has no contact details at all.  How do I get a refund??

That's very odd. I'd recommend contacting Spotify customer support as they can take a closer look.
