Hi, l signed up for the Spotify 60 days trial yesterday. I had premium until this afternoon. l don't know what happened but now my account says free with no record of it. I would have totally subscribed after that trial, but l really don't appreciate this dishonesty.

Hi,

I would recommend contacting Spotify directly. Spotify is usually very honest with their payment. Their might of been an error in the account processing. Here is the link to contact support. (https://support.spotify.com/ca-en/account_payment_help/payment_help/how-can-i-contact-spotify/ )

 

I’ve been with Spotify for a while now and never had any issues with this. I know sometimes the have promotions for 3 months for 0.99 and I’ve taken advantage of it before. 

 

Spotify is great with customer service, I’m sure they’ll compensate you and give you the 3 months. I’ve had issues with Spotify before where the system glitches and accidently charged me (only happened once); Spotify returned the money no questions asked.
