Vodafone Music Premium not working

My Question or Issue

I have a premium subscription through Vodafone music but on my app and online it’s saying I don’t have premium. Can someone help with this please ? I have already tried logging out and logging back in again!

Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such case you might have both Free and Premium accounts. If you're accidentally logged in to your Free account, you won't be able to see Premium features. 

 

We suggest you head to this help page. Make sure you check all the troubleshooting steps and especially the ones for finding other accounts. 

 

It's also a good idea to check the status of your subscription directly with Vodafone. You can do that here
