Vodafone won’t cancel spotify

My wife has a historic subscription for Spotify which has been charged as an extra to her contract. Just tried to contact Vodafone who said that Spotify are no longer one of their partners and the subscription must be cancelled via Spotify directly. Spotify webpage says it must be cancelled via Vodafone.

i have sent Spotify an email via support@spotify to cancel the subscription hoping that works. Has anyone else had anything similar?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Since her subscription is through a partner (Vodafone), she'll need to reach out to them if she'd like to cancel it. There's, unfortunately, nothing that can be done from Spotify's end.
