WARNING!!! Spotify is scamming their long time customers

Warning to all the members on any basic plan as soon as you change anything on your payment for your account. You will lose the basic because “coincidentally you will have payment issues” which deletes your basic account and revert you to free. 
And you will no longer be able to get back to that plan, Even after correcting any issues. And they claim there is no way of fixing this and you are now just out of luck. 

Absolute SH!T customer service!  They will not offer to help in anyway and just tell you “ Sorry about that, but you can pick a new premium plan.”
