Website not allowing me to change my credit card

Hi 

I'm trying to change my credit card on the https://www.spotify.com/nz/account/subscription/ page. 

When I click 'update' it doesn't take me to a new page wher I can enter in my new credit card details, it simply refreshes the current page. 

Any ideas?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
