Went throught the full cancellation process, still charged this month.

Went throught the full cancellation process, still charged this month.

I cancelled my premium account last month, clicked all 4 continue to cancel boxes, got to the "goodbye" playlist... and still was billed again this month and had to cancel again. 

 

I want a refund for this month's charges.
