What is the Diamond symbol on Spotify Giftcard?

So I bought myself a Spotify Giftcard today and I notice these two symbols on it that look like Diamonds. I thought they were zeros but they weren’t and I have no idea what they look like. Does anyone know what it might be?

I will be posting a screen shot from the Giftcard I purchased that will show you the diamonds I am referring to. (Sorry for the sloppiness of it, just tried to hide everything on it.)

Thanks for the image, and no problem - I just wanted to see what you were referring to so we can take a look together.

Seems like the problem here was how the numbers were printed. To me, that looks like a zero (0). Could you try redeeming the whole gift card here (if you're applying the gift card to your account), and just apply that as zero's? If that doesn't work, change the zero's to the letter O.

So I tried out the code with 0 and O and both said that it was invalid. Do you have any other ideas on what the problem could be?

Hey @Timothy04,

Since you'r getting an error message saying the code is not valid, then I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support here. Explain the issue you're having there, and they'll take a look and do their best to help.

Alternatively, you can go back to the retail store who sold you the card and they can do their best to help as well.

Okay. I will contact costumer support and I will try to go back to the store and try to see if they can help as well. But thank you so much for the help. It means a lot

Those Diamonds icons are alabetic O!

You must hit capitol letters for each icon  when putting icon in as you redeem your card, all alphabet all capitol letters!

If you have a zero with the diamonds icon, the zero is a numeric O as , 0 123456789, go from there.
