When I’m on my phone I have premium, but when I log on my firestick with the app I’m not

ON MY PHONE I AM PREMIUM. I JUST DOWNLOADED SPOTIFY ON MY FIRESTICK, so when I login with the same credentials I am getting ads and I’m not premium. Please help

Is it possible that you're logged in to the wrong account? Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have both free and Premium accounts. If you're accidentally logged in to your free account, you won't be able to see the Premium features. 

We suggest you head to this help page. Make sure you check all the troubleshooting steps and especially the ones for finding other accounts.

Hey, so it looks like I do have multiple. But, being on the firestick, the premium account is connected with my Facebook. How do I login with my Facebook on the firestick app to get my premium?

Hey @Scruss,

Thanks for keeping us in the loop.

In order to change the account you're logged in to you need to use the Spotify desktop app. Once you've logged in to the desired account, use Spotify Connect to cast on your firestick.

If that doesn’t do the trick, just let us know and we’ll provide you with further help.
