When renew the "Premium" plan I wanted to change for "Family", paid, but I've got "premium" again...

When renew the "Premium" plan I wanted to change for "Family", paid, but I've got "premium" again...

Hi, I have few days left in prepayed Premium Plan and decided to renew it with with "Family" option. The web page did lead me to the payment, made it and I realized that I have got old "Premium" plan again (for one year!). No option to communicate with Spotify (if you look for help- you are asked few times if you are happy with proposed articles and-  if not - you go forward- in the end you have no more option- you must click that you are happy- no logic. Option to return money and pay again for Family plan is also blocked (not appear as it is described in the help articles). Do you have the idea how to manage the case and land with  Family plan? No worries, simply head over here and upgrade to Premium for Family. Any remaining Premium days will be converted to Premium for Family days 🙂
