My Question or Issue

My credit card gets charged for a premium sub, but none of my accounts that I know of is getting charged or subbed. How can I find out which account I am paying for or how do I stop paying for an account that I don't have access to?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

It's possible that you have an additional account linked with your email or Facebook that's subscribed to Premium. 

To locate an account, make sure to follow the relevant steps from this Support Article

Once you've located your account, you'll be able to cancel that subscription. 

 

If you can’t access the account, you can reach out to customer support with the steps provided here under the Didn't sign up to Premium? part. They'll be happy to help you further with that, as they can take a closer look at your account.
