Why can't my duo account holder verify the address

I sent the link to my partner and she cannot verify the address, it says shes trying to join from another country

Thanks for posting in the Community.

If the member to be invited sees this error message, it means the country settings of their account don't match the settings in the manager account. Here is how to change this for the member-to-be account.
