Why does Spotify take 2 payments from my PayPal account?

Hi all,

I have been a Spotify premium member since 2010. I used to pay 9,99€ a month. I've changed to a Family premium account on 2016, 14,99€ a month. But since, Spotify still takes 14,99€ and 9,99€ every month.

Is there an issue here?
