Why only shuffle on second mobile?

Hi,

I need your help, please. 

Premium spotify is installed on my android tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016). Everything is ok. I'm logged in.

My mobile is Samsung A51, about 2 years old. Spotify works, too. I'm logged in.

Question: I can chose my tablet playlist on my mobile, too. I can listen to each song for some seconds as a sample.

If I try to play the whole song, spotify says, that I can only listen the whole song if it is played, when shuffle decides.

Why??

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We moved your post from Ideas to the help boards as its content fits better here.

The Premium subscription allows you to choose the song you want at any time you want and listen to it in full version. As you mentioned that with the second device the app shows just a sample of the song, this second device must have a free account logged in by mistake.

First, check the email address of the Premium account by going to your Account page from your Samsung Galaxy Tab (which has the account logged in). Then, log out on your mobile device and log back in with the email and password of the Premium account. In case you don't remember the password, you can reset it with the steps in this article.
