Won't let me join the family plan

It won't let me join my family plan eventhough I fullfill the family confirmation correctly, the same way the rest of the members joined, but it won't let me join. It kicked me out of the plan 'cause I forgot to answer the confirmation when the mail arrived, so the administrator invited me once again. So, I was wondering, the problem is that? I read that once you leave a family plan, Spotify won't let you join another one for an entire year (which is totally obnoxious, in my opinion). Is this the problem? Or it could be something else? I read the entire help section, and I didn't find anything useful.

I am also struggling with this issue. I left my family plan and want to join my sisters and it won’t let me it keeps says “problem encountered” “try again”.
