Won't let me use free spotify for starbuck partners

I no longer have a premium subscription, however when I try to use the link for free premium for starbuck partners it says I can't because I already have a subscription.

You can only try out the Spotify free premium trial once before you have to pay a subscription to get premium again.

I'm not using a free premium trial, starbucks employees get free premium but it wont let me because it says I still have a subcription even though i don't.

Check this link here and on the right it should tell you if you have an active subscription.

Go to the subscription tab if you wish to cancel your subscription.

Ah yes unfortunately i no longer have access to the email my spotify is linked with. so I can not get a response from that link. I changed the email on my facebook to one I do, however that did not change the email spotify has.
