Yesterday a notification about my renewal my membership. I had a family membership but the system guided me towards an individual membership. I thought I was renewing my family membership but apperently now I have an individual membership and my family members can not use it. I would like to continue with my family membership.

For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
