Ya no cuento con el número telefónico con el que registre mi cuenta

Registre una cuenta con un número telefónico y con pago domiciliado a mi tarjeta de débito, ahora no puedo entrar a Spotify por que ya cambie de número y me sigue cobrando la aplicación que no estoy usando, quiero cancelarla pero no me permite mi banco debido a que eso hacerlo desde la aplicacion
