I cannot understand why, it keeps saying I am not eligible for this offer

Here are some reasons why your account might not be eligible:

• Your Spotify Premium account is not based in the UK.

Could you try reserving and redeeming your Nest Mini here using a different browser or private window? If that doesn’t work, attach a screenshot of what you are seeing and I’ll take a closer look. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

I’m having exactly the same problem. I have never used a code on google, I pay monthly and I am the key account holder. Yet I’m still not eligible?

I’m having exactly same problem . States my account is ineligible . 
I’m the key account holder and pay £14.99 monthly for Spotify Family premium and have had the account for over 2years .

The most common answer is to try following the redeeming link and send back the screenshot of the error.

Please note that the offer is only for United Kingdom and the Canada.

So please check your VPN/Proxy and what country did you configured on your Spotify Account.

It can be because you dont meet the requirements:
