I cannot understand why, it keeps saying I am not eligible for this offer
Here are some reasons why your account might not be eligible:
You subscribe to Spotify Premium through a partner.
You don’t currently have an eligible Spotify Premium account.
Your Spotify Premium account is not based in the UK.
You pay for Spotify Premium with a gift card.
You’ve already redeemed a smart speaker through a previous Spotify offer.

The most common answer is to try following the redeeming link and send back the screenshot of the error.
Please note that the offer is only for United Kingdom and the Canada.
So please check your VPN/Proxy and what country did you configured on your Spotify Account.

It can be because you dont meet the requirements:
