Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out. As the error message says, your payment method's country must match your account's country. If not, you won't be able to purchase a Premium subscription.

Can you let me know which country shows in your Spotify account page here? Is it the same as the country of your card/payment method? If not, I'd recommend trying another payment method from the country that shows in your account.
