Your payment method and country don't match.

Your payment method and country don't match.

I canceled my subscription and then I want to re-subscribed it. However, when I tried to pay for the fee, an error message suddenly occurs "Your payment method and country don't match.". I tried all of my cards, including the card that successfully paid the membership fee last year, but all failed. I am 100% sure the cards were issued by the US, but when I talked with the customer services, they just said that the cards are not based on the US, which is weird and ridiculous. The services basically is just useless...

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

If you're currently in the US and your account's country setting is set to the US (can be checked here), you should have no issues subscribing to Premium using a payment method that's been issued in the US. 🙂

 

If it's still not working, I recommend reaching out to the issuer of your card, so that they can confirm that it was actually issued in the US.
